HOW TO PREORDER ?

What is a preorder?

A preorder allows you to reserve a product before it is officially available or back in stock. This guarantees your item as soon as it becomes available for shipping

Why should I preorder?

Preordering secures your item ahead of others and ensures you don’t miss out on limited stock or exclusive launches. You’ll also receive priority fulfillment once the item is available.

Why should I preorder?

Estimated shipping dates are listed on each product page. Please note that preorder dates are estimates and may change due to production or supplier delays. You’ll be notified of any changes via email.

Can I combine a preorder item with in-stock items in one order?

Yes, but we may choose to ship all items together once the preorder item becomes available. If you want to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Can I cancel my preorder?

Yes, you may cancel your preorder within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After 24 hours, preorders are considered confirmed and may not be canceled.

Will I be charged immediately?

Yes, full payment is required at the time of placing the preorder to secure your item in the queue.

Can I return a preorder item?

Yes, preorder items follow the same return eligibility as regular items. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

What happens if my preorder is delayed?

We do our best to ship on time, but delays can occur due to manufacturing or logistics. We will notify you by email if the delay exceeds 30 days, and you may request a cancellation and full refund if desired.

What if the item is out of stock or discontinued before shipping?

If we cannot fulfill your preorder due to supplier issues or discontinuation, you will receive a full refund automatically.

How can I check the status of my preorder?

You can log in to your account and check the Preorder History section, or contact us directly at support@havilahhair.com with your order number for updates.

What if I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your preorder has not shipped yet, please email us immediately with your updated address. Once the order is shipped, changes can no longer be made.

Can I pay in installments for preorders?

Currently, we require full payment at the time of preorder. However, we may introduce installment options in the future through payment partners like PayPal Pay Later or Bank Transfer.
