1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

·         The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging

·         Tags, labels, and accessories are intact

·         Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is provided

Items not eligible for return include:

·         Worn wigs or hair extensions

·         Opened or used beauty/hygiene products

·         Clearance or final sale items

·         Personalized or custom-made products

·         Digital products or gift cards


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2.      Wait for return approval and shipping instructions.

3.      Pack the item securely and return it to the address provided.

4.      Send us the return tracking number (if applicable).

Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or wrong item:

·         We will replace the item or offer a full refund at no additional cost


4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Preorder Refund Policy

Preorders may only be canceled and refunded within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the preorder is considered confirmed and is not eligible for cancellation or refund unless:

·         The product is delayed beyond 30 days from the estimated ship date

·         The item becomes unavailable or discontinued


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the preferred item.


7. Non-Returnable Situations

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions, including:

·         Items returned after the return window

·         Items received in damaged condition due to customer handling
