These Preorder Terms and Conditions (“Preorder Terms”) govern the placing of preorders ("Preorders") with Havilahhair Limited (“Havilahhair,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for products not yet available for immediate dispatch. By placing a Preorder on https://havilahhair.com, you agree to be bound by these Preorder Terms in addition to our general Terms and Conditions.


1. What is a Preorder?

A Preorder allows you to reserve a product in advance before it becomes available for general sale. The estimated shipping date is provided on the product page or during checkout and is subject to change.


2. Payment

·         Full payment is required at the time of placing a Preorder unless otherwise specified.

·         Payment secures your item in advance and confirms your order in the queue.

·         We accept secure payment methods such as credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other listed options.


3. Delivery Timeframes

·         Estimated delivery dates are mentioned on the product page and at checkout. These dates are not guaranteed and may change due to manufacturing or supplier delays.

·         You will be notified via email if there are any significant changes to your expected delivery date.

·         If your order contains both available and preorder items, we may ship the items together or separately at our discretion.


4. Cancellations and Refunds

·         Within 24 hours of placing the Preorder: You may request a full refund by contacting our support team.

·         After 24 hours: Cancellations may not be possible as your product may have entered the production or allocation stage.

·         If we are unable to fulfill your preorder due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.


5. Product Availability and Changes

·         Preorder availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

·         Havilahhair reserves the right to cancel any preorder if the product becomes unavailable or if there are supplier issues. You will be informed and refunded in full.


6. Pricing

·         Prices are confirmed at the time of preorder and will not change, even if the product price increases before official release.

·         If a pricing error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.


7. Customer Obligations

·         Ensure that all contact and delivery details provided are accurate at the time of placing the preorder.

·         Stay updated by checking your email for order status, shipping updates, or potential delays.


8. Liability

We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from delays, unavailability, or changes in shipping timelines related to Preorders, to the extent permitted by law.
